Hey, after almost 3 weeks of getting up at 3.30 am 4 out of every 7 days to get part of my day's work done BEFORE the monkeys would wake up, I think I'm entitled to my "half day", don't ya think?

LOL

And Jeanne, I think I need to sleep for a year to even get close to feeling 'refreshed'.. plus I'll be getting up at 3.30 am again tomorrow.. Oy

Yeah, I figured as much. Not sure if you caught the sarcasm of "completely" refreshed... ;-)

Oh, I DID get the sarcasm.. not THAT far gone yet..LOL

Bumpy afternoon here, Salamander is not feeling so good (I think the increase in garlic and the introduction of curcumin are starting to do 'its thing'..)

How much garlic do you give and how often - just curious.

Hey, you mind if we take a disccussion on how much, how often *off blog*? The garlic fits in Dr. Amy's larger lead/aluminum detox protocol. This part of her protocol has been very powerful for my two, but I wouldn't recommend anybody embark on this BEFORE getting some of the other pieces of Dr. Amy's protocol in place (organ support, GABA/glutamate balancing etc). Also, my two have serious problems in their transulphuration pathways, and garlic is PURE sulphur. So before I could even consider adding garlic to their regimen, I had to make sure their transulphuration pathway was reasonably stable. You see how this is more complicated than just a 'I give so much x times a day' answer?
