Some nites/days, it really, really, really, really ROYALLY SUCKS to be me, and to be expected to take care of all that me takes care of at any given moment....
Our Winding (and Sometimes Twisted) Journey to Better....
"Confessions straight from the fox hole"; our wild and wacky journey (mine and my two boys, 11 year old Salamander with Celiac's disease, metabolic dysfunction, Asperger's Syndrome and several LDs; and 6 year old Potatey with Celiac's disease and metabolic dysfunction) to "I don't know where". Perhaps the journey is a destination in itself? WARNING - my stories are definitely NOT of the schmalzy 'life with two kiddos with challenges is a Trip to Holland instead of Italy' variety..

Have a huge new year's hug. Some days you just have to remember how strong you are, and that you can handle everything with grace. If you say it enough, it eventually sinks in. *HUGS*
Thank you, thank you, thank you...
It's hard to remember that.. when you've had NO SLEEP!!! Salamander was up until 10 pm last nite (very anxious), I could not get to sleep at all and ended up giving up at 2.30 am and got some, much behind on schedule, work done (that's the good news). Bad news? Still more left to be done, and I have a loooong day ahead of me between taking Salamander to CST and then taking Salamander (with Potatey in tow) to Lindamood Bell. And then of course there's the usual stuff in between, during and after..
UGH..
Well, off I go to tackly my usual mountain and slay my usual dragons.. :)
