OMG
Our local High School has just been closed for the remainder of the day because of a potential bomb threat....
I fell completely apart listening to town wide announcement coming in over my voice mail. THIS is my worst nightmare..
My kids are safe in their schools, their schools are NOT affected by the High School closure...
I, however, will not have a peaceful moment until my kids are safe and sound back with me...

Man, I know you were terrified... unsettled... wanting your babies. What a day! Who the hell would call in a bomb threat to a freakin' high school... filled with kids??? What is wrong with people!?!? All rhetorical questions of course.
Thanks for understanding.. It all turned out to be a really bad prank, which interestingly enoughcoincided with a visit of the state Department of Education to our town. Makes you wonder..
My kids were NOT told about anything, and I don't think I am going to be the one bringing it up with them either. Unless they come home from school today asking questions..
